Simon Mavec, Graz.

I make maps for people who cannot afford to be lost.

ATLAS, a command platform for emergency response. Beifahrer, a briefing before a long drive through Austria. And nine rooms underneath, built when nothing depended on it.

Nothing here is essential. That, I think, is the point. What I built when nothing depended on it.

Nine rooms, and one I keep dark. Carry the light.

  1. the rain room where letters fall
  2. the garden a slow, quiet life
  3. the atlas places that never existed
  4. the writing room a letter for the visitor
  5. the mirror what the glass knows about you
  6. the window a sky that never happened
  7. the observatory tonight’s planet, or yours
  8. the music room every word has a song
  9. the envelope a note, sealed in the link

The workshop.

And what I build
when everything does.
